IMDS database disabled for essential investigations

The Department's Integrated Monuments Database System (IMDS), which generates entries on the Historical Environment Viewer, will be disabled from 10 July 2020 for essential investigations. During this period, the Archaeological Survery of Ireland will not be able to add your newly referred sites to the Sites and Monuments Record. During this period, referrals can be sent in as normal to nationalmonuments@housing.gov.ie. We apologise for the inconvenience.
